| I have tried a number of seasonings. And I have to say I like this one the best. Great flavor, has a little heat. My daughter just shot her first buck and this is the seasoning she wants me to use, she loves it. We are making 30-40 lbs of venison jerky... |

Years ago I always used a basic soy sauce, teriyaki sauce to make my jerky, but these spices are easier to use, shorten dry time, and IMO taste great.
