Nesco® Food Slicers are constructed of rugged, die-cast aluminum housing combined with a unique tilted slicing surface to make slicing food easier. Each slicer has an adjustable thickness control ranging from deli-thin 1/32" to 1/2". The removable German-manufactured Solingen 7-1/2" stainless steel blade produces precision cuts of virtually all types of food and boneless meats. Units disassemble for easy cleaning. Non-slip feet keep slicers securely in place on countertop or other flat surface.
