| Out of Stock Jet Stream Oven |

I love my Jet Stream Oven. When you repaired the oven last summer I was lost without it. I tried to buy another one for a back-up unit. But you were out of stock then and you are still out of stock. I think you guys lie. You have the units but need to keep them for repair parts. I think it is time to look at simmilar products from other manufactures.Nesco Response: Replacement Jet Stream Power Heads are in stock and available for sale as well as other replacement parts.
Complete Jet Stream Ovens are expected to be back in stock by the end of May. |

| I have used the Jet Stream convection since the first came out, and before they belonged to NESCO. I am not understanding the inability to order new ovens. Formerly they could be bought in several stores as well as online. Anyway, like all the rest of the users, I love this better than other method of cooking. I use it several times daily, and have kept the old ones and repaired the new ones when they expire. I was glad when the drive belt model graduated to direct drive, but either way they are wonderful. I have bought over 15 of them and hope to never be without one. My current one is acting up and I need to replace it. Perhaps you should have them made in the USA rather than China for uninterrupted production. I think I would prefer to be without my clothes washer than my Jet stream Convection Oven. I recommend them to everyone. |

| My daughters and I love the Jet Stream Oven. My daughters recently moved out and I gave our oven to one of them thinking that I could purchase one for my other daughter and myself. I was so disappointed to find the ovens were out of stock. We were very pleased to hear they would be back in May of 2012. This is a great product! |

| I have had 2 ovens currenty the one I am using now but I know it is getting old and just went on line to see if I could buy another one and find I can't right now - I wish you could bring it back I have heart problems and use ours offen and I am sure since we like it so much I always tell other people how we cook most of our food and I know if they had one they would know how good they are. |

This is the BEST product I have ever used in my kitchen and it quit working yesterday of old age. Some how I really need to get a new one I use it every day and now I am lost. We bought ours after my husband had a heart attack so we could do healthy cooking for him...now the whole family loves the food from the Jet Stream Oven. Please help me get another one.

I have had my jet stream oven for over 20 years and it recently died. I went online to purchase a new one, as Wal-mart (where I bought the first one) nor Dillard's had them. I was dismayed to learn that they were out of stock and checked other places online, such as Target, which said they did, but they didn't either.
My question is: When will they be back in stock?
I loved mine and it was so convenient. I took it with me in the RV and could cook meals in it without using up the range and heating up the RV. I cooked EVERYTHING in it from steak to biscuits to desserts.

| Have owned 3 in almost 17 years. My last one is about had it and was so disappointed when I could not purchase another. But thank you so jmuch for bringing these back!!! I can do things in that oven in less time than preheaing my oven. And talk about left overs being done just right-microwaves just make everything pastey. The only thing I had a problem with was the clear ring. It would always crack. Never a problem with the motor. I always left the oven opened after using it to cool off. Hopefully the new ones will be a little tougher. Thanks again for bringing your product back to the market. |

| am in a panic.....our jet stream oven stopped working after several years......i started using them about 20 years or more ago. we use it all the time. i have been all over the internet looking for them, every one is out of stock....this can't be....how will i cook....you can not be discontinuing them forever. it would be like not having a sink in the kitchen. please tell me you are designing a new one, please please please..... if i find a place that has some i am going to buy two......please bring them back....i am begging you(does this sound desperate enough). the machine is wonderful... |

| I love your American Harvest Jet Stream Oven. We found one at a garage sale 10 years ago, it lasted 5 years even though it was used. We started to look for a new, one in every store we went to, from Wal-Mart to Dillards but to our dismay we could not find one. We were lucky enough to find another one at a auction, we've had it for a while, I'm afraid it might break down any minute. I wanted to surprise my husband for Christmas and have been checking your site all the time but your showing "out of stock" for it seems like forever. The cooker works really well, you don't have to find somewhere to put the top, it's attached to the cooker, the only thing I would add would be a screen over the fan. I have Multiple Sclerosis and have a major problem with heat, your jet stream oven lets me stay in the kitchen while I'm cooking. Please start making the jet stream oven again, do some of those infomercials you will get a larger following. |

| BRING BACK THE JET STREAM! When we received our 1st as a gift many yrs. ago, little did I know how addictive they would become. I'm in Jet Stream withdrawal. My last one died several months ago & I cannot find a replacement. I'm not even going to consider purchasing any of the competing models. Only the JSO had all the features that made it a superior cooking product - lightweight, compact, EVERYTHING cooked to perfection, fast, & much less risk of burns than w/glass ovens. The weak link was the lack of durability, but at this pt. I would even be willing to buy one just as it was! |

I have been using JetStream ovens since they first came out (found them at a home show way back). I am perplexed as to why they seem to be perpetually out of stock. It seems hard to believe that there's no profit in making them so I'm at a loss as to the reason.
Please, I too would buy several of them if you would bring them back. Also, it would be a great idea to have the option to receive an email from Nesco when they are back in stock. |

| Please, Please, Please get these oven back in stock!!! I have been using these ovens for 18 years and they are remarkable kitchen aids. I have been patching the oven I have together for about 6 months and wish to order at least 5 of these great kitchen appliances. Not appliance I have seen anywhere even comes close how fantasticly thorough this oven cooks and the speed at which this oven cooks. I ask you please make these oven avaliable for purchase again. |

| I have been trying to get jet stream oven for months now. I want to give them to my adult chidren for x-mas. I was told they could possibly be in by this time for the holidays. I have a grandson who needs a kidney transplant. He is only 11 years old and on a special diet( no salt) this oven would be of great help for him. I alway use it at my home and he says the food taste better. Hope we are able to get these oven soon. |

| I bought one of the original jet stream ovens and used it until it was time to upgrade to the newer version. This oven far surpasses any other convection oven on the market. I base this on the fact that I've tried several through work and friends. On average it cooks food anywhere from 1 to 4 minutes longer than a microwave but with unsurpassed results. Going from frozen to plate in minutes, my kids get CRISPY chicken nuggets, corn dogs, fish fillets, fries, tots, chicken fried steak that taste like they were just made because somehow the circulating air all around the food cooks it so perfectly even that it feels like restaurant quality and has TOTALLY spoiled us. There is NONE BETTER period! |

| I too have been a customer of the Jet Stream Oven over 20 yrs. I owned ever model. I went through 6 of them and have a new one still in the box because I had to get a Nuwave oven since you were out of stock. It cooks ok but is very combersome and you tend to burn yourself even if you are careful. It does not compare to the Jet Stream Oven. Even my boys who are now grown men prefers the Jet Stream Oven. They all can cook using it. Its ease of use for teens is great for cooking burgers,fries,hot dogs chicken,pork or lamb chops etc. is very desirable. Besides everything taste better in the Jet Stream! Everytime one went out of service you wouldn't think I had anything else to cook on eg: my stove! They truly were lost without a Jet Stream Oven. I purchased 5 as gifts and everyone loved it and have been inquiring how to get another one. I told them that they are out of stock and advised them not to through Ebay since I had a dud from them. Will you PLEASE continue producing this product. |

| I love the Jet Stream Oven...on my 3 and have bought 3 as gifts, but-maybe it is because we use it so often but the hindge is broke and no longer works :( I can't afford to purchase a new one ever couple of years. The jet stream oven is a time saver and we will truly miss having one. |

| I have bought 3 of these ovens for myself and given them as wedding gifts to family and friends. I was hoping to purchase another one to have as a back up. Living in Canada throws a wrench into being able to pick one up. Please bring this item back to your site as soon as possible. The flavor wave just does not measure up. |

| I also have been using the Jet Stream Oven since it was first advertised on TV. My mother has one, my sister has one and we all love it. My husband prefers meals made with the Jet Stream over any other appliance, even the barbeque grill. I have 3 spare ovens that I found at estate sales. Most people do not know how wonderful it is. I tell everyone that I can about the product. Please do not discontinue it. I would be lost without it. |

| I have been fan if this product since the 1990s with the original belt driven units and now with the direct drive. I use this product "DAILY" and have gone through 3 of these ovens. Simply the best product on the market to cook with. I am now subjected to having to find a replacement oven on Ebay. I can only hope that a newer, more reliable design is in the works as I am not a fan of the Nu Wave oven, the only other alternative. |

| This Jet Stream Oven is great!!!!! I had to replace the lid once and I have had mine for years and its worth every penny. Its easy to operate and cooks the food very well. When I say my best friend fry chicken without the grease I knew I had to purchase one....great job NESCO. |

| I have owned these for more than 18 years. Many changes in the electronics but overall the cooking part stayed the same. I use this daily. I usually have one in the closey just in case, because I am not sure I could cook as healthy without one. Please bring them back. You dont always need to make things better. They are excellant the way they were. |

I have had a Jet Stream Oven since they were first advertised on TV It is the best cooking tool I have ever had.It is too bad that they have been out of stock for almost a year, and the company will not divulge weather they will become available again.
Are they ever going to start production again,or should I switch to the other company producing the Nu-wave oven with infrared technology?
I have purchased at LEAST 6 of they tools over the last 15 years,and I would certainly like to have a seventh! |

I have owned several of the American Harvest Ovens and there is not a day that goes by when I do not use it for one or more meals. I wonder how much our utility bill has dropped over the years. I would strongly recommend this product without reservation as the best online purchase I have ever made. I wish the product were sold in stores.
As for some of the individuals I have talked with when ordering this product, however, a couple of them could use much more training in dealing with the public. They have bordered on being rude and I say this with all sincerity. |

I have had two of these machines and think they are great. Cooks very well and fast. For those trying to cut out the fat it is great as all the fat drops into the liner tin in the bottom.
I wore out the first one and am hoping this one keeps going until you get some more in stock.
I wrote a letter months ago and was told that it was being redesigned. I hope they hurry up. I don't want the one I am using to stop working before the new stock is in. I have had two other types. The large glass bowl ones. Those two stopped working and so I went back to my old Jet Stream. I will now always stick to the Jet Stream providing I can get one. As you can see I do this type of cooking all the time.
