Let's face it, no product is perfect. Even Nesco® and American Harvest® products sometimes need repairs. That's why Nesco® has set up a Customer Service Department to handle all inquiries about repairs. All products needing repairs covered by warranty must be sent to Nesco/American Harvest®.
If your Jet Stream Oven or Dehydrator needs repairs and your warranty has expired, Nesco® has Service Centers* specializing in this type of repair in 16 states and provinces all over North America. If you are not able to find a center near you, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will assist you in acquiring the repairs you need! |
