| First of all, a Nesco Dehydrator was given to me as a Christmas gift years ago and I still use it to this day. This seasoning is wonderful. I have used the Original and the Teriyaki mix and have even combined the two to create a different taste. I will even use different types of BBQ sauce with the Original to add a unique twist on my beef jerky. I find that the packets have a wonderful blend of spices and are terrific just using them the way they are even though I like to add BBQ sauce to it. |

i got a nesco dehydrator 6 years ago for my birthday,
(which is in hunting season), i got some original seasoning to go with it, best jerky i have ever had hands down, tried probably almost 50 different kinds since then and they dont even compare, you cant even buy jerky that tastes this good. Nesco i hope you read this, DO NOT STOP MAKING THIS SPICE!!!! you havent let me down so far, and for the record my NESCO dehydrator has well over 1000 hours on it and it works like the day i got it. Go Nesco, thank you for making products that last, and spices that are superior to all others. |

| I have been using this product for 10 yrs now and even tho we have tried other brands we go right back to this one. We only eat deer meat with 30% beef and i have to make at least 50 lbs of jerky a year!!!! LOVE IT!!!! |

I have been using the original seasoning for years. I use nil gai and venison to make my jerky and everyone who's tasted it loves it. Have to hide it, if I want any for myself. Has been great for Christmas presents too. Everyone who's had it tells me it's the best they ever had and always wanting to know if I have any or they want me to make them some. Hope this seasoning is around for a long time!

| I have been using NESCO Jerky spices now for more than 8 years. I make Deer Jerky the year round and my family and many friends cannot get enough of it. I have even come up with a method for making the Jerky a "soft" jerky for us older folks with our "Store Bought" teeth. Keep up the great products, I am a customer for life |

| I ordered a 25-pack Original and 12-pack Variety one. I made 1 lb. or each Variety took the samples to work and have been making 1 lb. and 2 lb. orders for people at work, I've already gone through the Original 25 pack, ordered another one, and also ordered the 10 pack of some of the others. I also add a variation to the Original. I add 1 tsp. of Course Pepper and 1 tsp. of Garlic Powder to each pound of Ground Beef. I get rave reviews from people tasting the Original and have almost 10 orders per week from people at work.` |

| I have tried many different brands and flavors over the years and I and everyone that tastes my jerky absolutely loves it! The original is definately my favorite, but the others are also very good. I have gone through 1 25pk. order and also a variety pack of 10 of each flavor, good stuff. |

| I've been on a huge jerky kick for the past couple years, and I think I must have tried about 50 different seasonings. In my opinion, nothing tops the Nesco brand of seasonings. My favorites are the Original or the Hot N Spicy. When I make original, I usually throw in a little bit of liquid smoke, but it still tastes good without it. Another thing I like to do when making jerky is to pour out the marinade liquid, but retain the spices at the bottom to apply to the meat. This really makes a difference in the taste. I usually make at least 5 pounds of jerky a week, and anyone who knows me asks if there's jerky ready before coming over because that's what I'm now known for. Regardless of what you read about other brands of seasoning, don't be fooled. Nesco can't be beat! |

My brother from Colorado, Charles told me about nesco jerky seasoning mix. I am from Arizona and when I tried it myself, I was completely taken by how great the flavor is! When I make my jerky now with the original seasoning mix, I have to hide my jerky from everyone or else its gone in a new york minute. I also spice it up at times by adding red pepper flakes to the mix and marinate for 24 hours, it gives it that extra kick.
I also hide my jerky in the freezer, wrapped very securely and it stays just as fresh as when I put it in there.
I highly reccomend this to everyone that loves to make their own jerky. |

I made some over the weekend and all I can say is wow This has to be the best jerky I've ever had, the proof is when my 9 year old son told me this stuff is better than that junk at the store! | I have been using your seasonings for quite a few years. I first started making jerky 8 to 9 years ago. I started with one of your small jerky kits found at the local super center. Since then, I have used the variety pack and determined, that the Original, is the best all round, for taste and heat. Just perfect for my family. Other friends try to give me their own recipes and say it's the best. However, I will not deviate from Original, since we only make Venison jerky and I will not take a chance on ruining any meat with another seasoning. I now send my jerky to friends and family to FL., Canada, Ga. and HI. Thanks for the great seasoning. Gino, Justin, TX. |

| I've been making venison jerky with the original seaoning from Nesco for years. I add a couple other ingrediants to the mix, and everyone-everyone- tells me it is the best deer jerky they have ever had. Several have told me I should sell it, but of course that's not legal. Seriously, this is the best! |

| I have been using this seasoning for over 10 years and I still love it. I use a large peice of London Broil as my meat and season it in the fridg for 2 days then dehydrate and eat. Yummy!!! |

I have made jerky with deer, beef, pork, salmon and goose. I use the Original spices. It is always awesome and a huge success. My husband, son, grandkids, family and friends all enjoy the numerous bags of jerky. It is the best product available. Thank You!

Your original jerky mix is AWESOME! I make about 50 to 100 lbs a year and have a very high demand from family an co-workers to make more! Seriously, better than any jerky in the grocery stores! I have never tasted any better!
