The NESCO® Food Grinder has 400 Watts of power. That is enough power to grind 3 lbs. per minute. It has a jumbo hopper, 2 grinding plates (Course and Fine) and 2 sausage funnels. It has a stainless steel cutting blade and reversible motor. It has a heavy duty die-cast metal auger, feed tube and hopper. It also disassembles for easy cleaning
