| this cooker stays out on my countertop.....i use it so much...i have several nesco roasters which i use for holidays or big meals but this little gem is a real workhorse!! everything comes out perfectly...try a slow cooked porkroast with apricot jam or a chuck roast with salsa...fabulous!! hams, turkey breas tor thighs...oh yum!!!! |

| i have several nesco roasters which i use for family events but this little gem can't be beat.....i dream up things to cook in it and it's never failed to please...try a slow pork roast covered in apricot jam...or a chuck roast with salsa topping...a favorite is turkey thighs...no limit to what you can make!! besides...it's SO cute!!!! |

| I find the 5qt ideal for a single person and plenty of room to cook for a party of 4 if need be. This 5qt has ample room for a roast or a small turkey breast. Having a small kitchen it heats up rather fast in the summer, but with the Nesco I can still cook a roast or chicken without adding heat to the work area. The Nesco is outstanding, my roasts come out moist and juicy. Nesco is a name you can trust and it performs better than my oven. The 5qt is sturdy but light enough to take from your home to your vacation spot. I love this item, it cooks well, cleans up great and you can' complain about the price. |

Since receiving My Everyday 5 Qt. Roaster I have used it continuously with outstanding results.
The porcelain cookwell cleans up easily and does every cooking function faithfully ! A Pure Gem ! I simply love this small wonder, But don't let it's small size fool You ! It's quality and versatility are just like it's big 18 Qt. counterpart but with far more ease of use and it's porcelain cookwell makes for an easy clean-up.
It's My go - to cooking appliance. Everything I have cooked has come out absolutely perfect !
I highly recommend this great little roaster. |

| I have the 4 quart model with a porcelain well and in blue. I really like it! I have cooked a whole chicken in it and all different kinds of stuff! I like how the porcelain well lifts out for cleaning. I spray mine with some pam type oil spray before roasting a chicken in to make clean up easy. I also have used this for serving a crowd. I fixed a turkey in something else and picked all the meat off the bone and put it in the roaster oven with a small amount of water on the bottom. I kept it on low to keep the turkey at serving temperature since my guests were coming at different times. It kept the turkey hot and moist, and allowed me to visit with my guests instead of running around stressing out about the food. It is really handy! |
