Fits most Nesco® 18 Qt. Roasters.
For use with 4208, 4808, and 4818 style Nesco® Roasters Only. (UL series with a Serial Number)
This Buffet Kit does not fit ETL Roasters with a Date Code. They must be UL and have a Serial Number,
Pans measure approx. 11"L x 5"W x 3-1/2"Deep.

I purchased this simple highly functional Buffet Kit as a companion piece for My 90th. Anniversary Edition 18 quart Nesco Roaster. After cooking I filled these generously proportioned buffet pans with the sliced turkey , stuffing and cranberry & orange yams. It kept the food consistently hot and perfectly moist at the perfect serving temperature . I would suggest purchasing a set of good quality (non stick safe ) serving spoons , a fork and a non stick ladle to protect the easy care non stick coating on the Buffet serving pans.
This is a nice way for Your guests to serve themselves as they please and will leave You lots of free time to enjoy Your guests as well !
Just wonderful and easy to use and enjoy when You're serving a Buffet Style dinner for Your guests !
