I purchased this hand blender in April 2010 and only used it to make smoothies about once a month. Very little use. It lasted less than two years and disappointed.
I purchased another in Feb. 2012, again using it for smoothies approx once a month. Yesterday it was dead as a door nail. Extremely disappointing.
How can a deemed professional series product be so poor in performance. Its not been used no where to the capabilty it claims. Or I'm an unlucky person purchasing two defective products. |

| I have had many immersion blenders and I really like this one. I like that it has different speeds, the attachments are great and I had to get one for my daughters that good as they liked it too. Today I'm ordering one for a friend as she likes m It's nice that the shipping is fast too.ine so much. |
