French Dip Sandwiches - Pressure Cooker

3 lb boneless beef chuck roast
3 cups beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 loaf French bread

In medium bowl, combine broth, soy sauce, herbs and spices. Pour ingredients into liner pot of your Nesco® Pressure Cooker and place roast on wire rack inside. Cover and turn lid to lock. Set regulator knob to SEAL. Program at HIGH for 45 minutes.

(When done, cooker will beep and switch automatically to warm setting.) Turn regulator know to VENT to release pressure, then turn cover and open. Discard bay leaf.

Shred beef.

Serve on French bread for broth for dipping.
