Hot Cocoa - Blender

2 cups hot (scalded) milk
2 or 3 Tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
dash of salt, optional

Whipped cream or marshmallows, optional

Place first 5 ingredients in Mixing Cup of Nesco® Grip and Go Hand Blender. Blend until smooth.

Garnish servings with whipped cream or marshmallows, if desired.

Serves 2 or 3

Variation for Mexican Cocoa:
Add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cinnamon before blending.
Garnish each serving with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick.
