Sun Dried Tomatoes - Dehydrator

12 Roma tomatoes
1 bottle olive oil
1 bottle Italian seasoning

Wash and gently dry tomatoes. Slice tomatoes 1/4" thick. Brush tomatoes lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly on all your slices. Spread tomato slices on Clean-A-Screens.
Set temperature on your Nesco®/American Harvest® Dehydrator at 135 degrees and allow 5-7 hours to dry or until crispy.

Tip: Adding too much oil will make for a longer dryer time.

Makes about 75 chips
