Crostini with Mozzarella - Jet Stream Oven
1 cup large tomato; seeded, chopped
1/4 tsp Balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
12 slices French bread 1/2 inch thick
1 tsp fresh basil; minced
Combine all ingredients, except bread, and mix well.
Spread mixture evenly on bread slices and place on Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® rack (upper position).
Time - 6 minutes
Temperature - 350º F
Fan speed - LOW
Bake accordingly or until cheese melts
