Beef & Pineapple Kabobs - Jet Stream Oven
1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1" thick
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
16 one-inch cubes fresh pineapple
8 oz can whole water chestnuts, drained
12 six-inch bamboo skewers
Cut beef into 1/4" strips. Combine onion and teriyaki sauce in small bowl. Add beef strips and stir to coat.
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes; drain. Thread beef strips onto skewers (pierce each strip in several places), alternate with pineapple chunks and water chestnuts.
Place kabobs on rack in preheated Nesco® American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven at 400º F on HIGH fan speed for 3 minutes.
