Cherry Cheese Crowns - Jet Stream Oven

17¼ oz puff pastry sheets, thawed
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
21 oz cherry pie filling

Roll each sheet of puff pastry into a 6 x 12" rectangle and cut into 6 squares. Press 6 into a 6-cup muffin pan with corners of pastry extending above top of pan. Firmly press pastry into place.

Place pan in preheated Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® and bake at 400º F on LOW fan speed for 2-3 minutes. Remove from oven and repeat with second batch.

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth and creamy; stir in walnuts. Fill pastry cups 2/3 full. Return to oven and bake at 400º F, on LOW fan speed for 8-10 minutes or until cheese mixture is set.

Remove from pan and cool. Repeat with second batch.

Fill pastries with cherry pie filling.
