Lemon Pepper Chicken - Jet Stream Oven
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Nesco« Savory Blend Seasoning
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the egg.
Dip each chicken breasts into egg, then into seasoning.
Mix and coat thoroughly.
Preheat Nesco«/American Harvest« Jet Stream Oven« at 400║ F for 2 minutes on high fan speed. Place chicken on bottom rack of oven and bake at 400░ F, low fan speed, for 9 minutes.
Serve with rice.
