Salsa Chicken - Jet Stream Oven
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup no-salt tomato sauce
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp cilantro or parsley, minced
4 lemon slices
Combine salsa, tomato sauce, vinegar and cilantro.
Grill chicken breasts in NESCO®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® with thinner parts toward center of rack.
Grill 8 to 10 minutes at 400º F on LOW fan speed.
Spoon salsa mixture over chicken and turn fan to LOW during last two minutes of cooking.
