Bacon-Wrapped Chicken - Jet Stream Oven
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
8 oz whipped cream cheese with onion and chives
1 Tbsp butter, cubed
salt to taste
6 bacon strips
Preheat Nesco«/American Harvest« Jet Stream Oven« at 400║ F on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Flatten chicken to 1/2" thickness. Spread 3 Tbsp cream cheese over each chicken breast. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt; roll up. Wrap each with a bacon strip. Secure with toothpick and place seam side down on bottom rack (in upper position).
Bake at 400░ F on HIGH fan speed for 13 to 15 minutes or until juices run clear.
