Crab Stuffed Potatoes - Jet Stream Oven
6½ oz can crab meat, drained
4 8 oz baked potatoes
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp margarine, softened
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
lemon wedges and parsley sprigs [optional]
Remove any shell or cartilage from crab meat. Slice top off each potato and scoop insides into bowl leaving a 1/4" shell. Mash potatoes, stir in milk, margarine, salt and pepper; beat until fluffy. Fold in crab meat. Stuff mixture into potato shells and sprinkle with paprika.
Place on inverted rack in preheated Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven®. Bake at 400ºF on LOW fan speed for 8-10 minutes.
