Mushroom Meat Loaf - Jet Stream Oven

3/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 tsp oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp thyme leaves
1 cup fresh mushrooms, minced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 pound ground beef, extra lean
1/2 pound turkey, ground
1 8 oz can no-salt tomato sauce
1/2 cup fresh, soft bread crumbs
1/3 cup parsley, minced
2 egg whites
3 Tbsp chili sauce

In non-stick frying pan, combine onion, celery, oil, garlic and thyme. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Add mushrooms, pepper and salt. Cook and stir until mushrooms are tender and moisture has evaporated, about 5 to 10 minutes. Place mixture and all remaining ingredients, except for chili sauce, in large bowl. Shape mixture into loaf.

Preheat NESCO®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® at 400º F for 2 minutes on HIGH fan speed. Place piece of aluminum foil on inverted rack and set loaf on foil. Spread chili sauce over top of loaf. Bake at 400º F with LOW fan speed for 20 to 25 minutes.
