Hawaiian Pizza - Jet Stream Oven

1 Tbsp olive oil
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup Canadian bacon, diced
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup each green and red bell pepper, diced
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 recipe Pizza Dough (see below)

Pizza Dough
1¼ cups water
2 Tbsp olive oil
1½ Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp whole wheat flour
3 cups white bread flour
3 tsp active dry OR;
2 tsp rapid rise yeast

Roll dough into two 9" rounds. Brush surfaces with oil. Spread with tomato sauce. Top with mushrooms, bacon, pineapple and peppers. Sprinkle with cheese. Preheat NESCO®/American Harvest® Jet-Stream Oven® at 400º F for 2 minutes.

Place one pizza on bottom rack; cover with top rack. Bake at 400º F on LOW fan speed for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are browned and top is bubbly. Remove and bake second pizza.
