Bean & Rice Burritos - Jet Stream Oven
16 oz can re-fried beans
1½ cups white rice, cooked
1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup salsa
6 8" flour tortillas
6 Tbsp non-fat sour cream
In a saucepan, heat beans, but be careful not to scorch them. Add rice, cheese and salsa. Mix well. Spoon mixture evenly in center of each tortilla.
Fold up envelope-style and place on rack in Nesco«/American Harvest« Jet Stream Oven«, seam side down. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake at 400║ F with fan speed on high for 8 to 10 minutes.
