Tandoori Chicken - Jet Stream Oven

4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned

1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp curry powder
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt

Combine marinade ingredients and rub on chicken breasts. Place in ziplock bag and refrigerate 24-48 hours.

In preheated Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven®, wipe rack with cooking oil. Add chicken and grill at 400ºF using HIGH fan speed for 8-10 minutes.
