Baked Fish Steaks - 4, 5 or 6Qt. Roaster
2 fish steaks (approximately 8 oz each)*
2 Tbsp margarine
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped chives
1/2 tsp tarragon (optional)
salsa sauce, to serve
*Halibut, tuna, salmon, swordfish.
Set rack in cookwell. Preheat Nesco® Roaster Oven to 350º F.
Lightly wipe cookwell with cooking oil. Place steaks on rack in cookwell. Arrange half the margarine, parsley, chive and tarragon on each steak. Cover; bake 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes and becomes white.
Serve hot with salsa sauce.
