Cheesy Wild Rice and Turkey Soup - 6Qt. Roaster
3 cups cooked turkey, cut in 1/2" pieces
5 cups water
2 cups wild rice, cooked
1 cup celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp cajun spice
2 16 oz jars processed American Cheese
1 tsp table seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp parsley
Boil water, celery and onions in a 6 quart Nesco® Roaster Oven.
Simmer until celery is tender. Add rice, turkey, and seasonings and cook until well heated. Turn on low and add cheese. Add parsley.
