Sweet & Sour Meatballs - 18Qt. Roaster

2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp dry minced onion
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
20oz pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice
14oz ketsup (about 1¼ cups)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Blend well. Shape into 1" balls.

Place balls on broiler pan. Bake in preheated 400º F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Place cooked meatballs in Nesco® Roaster Oven. Add pineapple chunks. Combine reserved juice with all remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook at 350º F for 30 minutes.

Gently stir every 10 minutes.

To serve, reduce temperature to 200º F and serve on wooden picks.
