|Tacos - Jet Stream Oven
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
8oz can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp chili pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 taco shells
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until well browned. Drain. Stir in
tomato sauce, chili pepper, salt and pepper. Bring to boil; lower heat and simmer
until most of liquid is absorbed. Fill taco shells and sprinkle with cheese.

Place shells on rack (bottom side down) and heat 2 to 3 minutes. Add
shredded lettuce and chopped tomato before serving.
