|Chicken Dijon - Jet Stream Oven
|4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3 Tbsp margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 cup fresh, soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
Combine margarine and garlic in small saucepan; heat until margarine is melted. Stir in mustard and mix well. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan Cheese in flat dish. Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then in crumb mixture.
Place on rack in preheated Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® and bake at 400ºF with HIGH fan speed for 12-15 minutes.
