|Polish Chop Suey - 18Qt. Roaster
12 pounds polish sausage
20 large green peppers, seeded and sliced
8 pounds onions, cleaned and sliced
2 to 3 cans of beer
Cut sausage into 3" pieces. Put in 18 quart Nesco® Roaster Oven
with peppers and onions. Add beer. Stir occasionally. Steam until vegetables
are done. Cook at 250-300º F 6 to 8 hours.
Serve on French bread.
