|Tex-Mex Smoky Beef Chili Hash - 18Qt. Roaster
16 to 17 oz refrigerated fully-cooked boneless beef pot roast with gravy
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
20 oz refrigerated pre-diced potatoes with onion
1 cup prepared thick and chunky salsa
1/2 to 1 tsp finely chopped canned chipotle pepper
plus 1 tsp adobo sauce
1 cup shredded Mexican Cheese blend
Preheat NESCO® Roaster Oven at 425º F.
Reduce heat to 350º F. Heat oil until hot. Add potatoes; cover and
cook until potatoes are lightly browned, turning occasionally.
Remove roast from package and set aside. Transfer gravy to medium bowl;
stir in salsa, chipotle pepper and adobo sauce.
Cut roast into 1" pieces. Add beef and salsa mixutre to Nesco®

Roaster. Mix well. Cover and cook at 325º F until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with cheese; cover and continue cooking until cheese is melted.
