|Venison Barbecue - 6Qt. Roaster
|4 8oz venison tenderloin
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire« sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2 onions, sliced
1 Tbsp sugar
2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce
4 hard rolls
Place tenderloin in 6 quart Nesco« Roaster Oven. Add molasses, vinegar, Worcestershire« sauce, garlic, and 1 sliced onion. Cook at 200║ F for 24 hours.
Remove venison and discard liquid. Cut venison into bite-size pieces. Put back in roaster and add remaining onion, sugar and barbecue sauce. Cook at 350º F for one hour or until onion is tender. Serve on a hard roll.
