|Root Beer Pulled Pork Sandwiches - Pressure Cooker
2 lbs boneless country style pork ribs
12 oz can of root beer
4 oz of water
18 oz bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce
8 hamburger rolls
Combine raw pork, root beer and water in NESCO® 6 Qt. 3-in-1
Digital Electric Pressure Cooker and lock the lid. Cook on HIGH pressure for
20 minutes. Set regulator to SEAL.
Check the meat for tenderness. If meat does not shred with a fork, add
five more minutes on HIGH or until desired texture is achieved. Once pork is
tender, drain the liquid, shred and mix in barbeque sauce.
Serve on hamburger buns and with a side of coleslaw. You can even add the
coleslaw inside the sandwich for a fun and yummy twist.
