|Baked Pineapple Slices - Jet Stream Oven
|4 pineapple slices
1/4 tsp lemon juice
4 tsp red currant jelly or raspberry jam
1/4 cup sugar
3 egg whites
Spread pineapple slices with jam. Beat egg whites and lemon juice until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar until meringue is stiff and glossy; fold in coconut. Cook in your Nesco® Jet Stream Oven.
Spread meringue over pineapple.
Time - 7 minutes;
Temperature - 400º F
Fan Speed - LOW
Bake accordingly until tender.
