|Chicken Bombay - 6Qt. Roaster
|3 lbs chicken cutlets, cut into small pieces
1 cup apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
1/2 cup raisins
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup coconut, shredded
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1 can Cream of Chicken soup, undiluted
1 can Cream of Celery Soup, undiluted
1/2 cup white wine or liquid from mushrooms
1 lg can of mushroom pieces, drained if not using the liquid
salt & pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into Nesco® 6 Qt. Roaster Oven at 350º F for 1½ hours.
