|Corn on the Cob - 18Qt. Roaster
12 ears of corn, shucked
3 cups water
Preheat Nesco® 18 quart Roaster Oven to 400º F for 20 minutes.
Place rack in cookwell. Add 3 cups hot water. Cover.
Set cobs on rack. Cover. Steam 25 minutes or until tender. Reduce
temperature to 300º F to keep corn hot.
