Ham & Cabbage Soup - Pressure Cooker

1 ham hock (about 7oz)
4 cups water
1 large white cabbage, sliced
2 large carrots, chunked
2 onions, chunked
4 garlic cloves, chunked
2 celery sticks, chopped or diced
2 small potatoes, chunked

Cook ham hock & about 4 cups water on HIGH pressure in your Nesco® Pressure Cooker for about 10 minutes.

Turn off and use quick release method. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on HIGH pressure for about 10-15 minutes.

Vent either natural or quick release. Remove the meat from the ham hock & cut or tear into small pieces and add to soup.
