Corn on the Cob - 4, 5 or 6Qt. Roaster

5 to 6 cobs per layer [shucked]

Preheat Nesco® Roaster Oven to 350ºF.

Place 4 to 6 cups hot water in cookwell so water reaches bottom of rack.
Stack cobs on rack, cover and steam for 30 minutes or longer, depending on
quantity of cobs.

Reduce heat to 300ºF to keep corn hot during serving.
