3 to 3¼ cups all-purpose flour
1/4 oz active dry yeast
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1¼ cups very warm water (110º to 115ºF)

In large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, salt and warm
water. Beat on low speed 2 minutes. Add 1 cup flour, beat on medium speed 1
minute. Stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough.

Place dough into lightly greased, clean bowl; turn dough over to bring
greased side up. Cover with greased waxed paper and a towel. Let rise in warm
place for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
Punch down dough. Grease, then sprinkle bottom and sides of 9 x5 " loaf
pan with cornmeal. Shape dough into loaf; place in prepared pan. Cover; let

rise 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat Nesco® Roaster Oven to 375ºF. Set
rack in cookwell. Place loaf pan on rack in preheated cookwell. Cover; bake
35-40 minutes.

Lay pan sideways on rack for last 5 minutes to finish browning top and
bottom of bread.

Makes one 9 x 5" loaf
