|Chicken & Veggies - Pressure Cooker
|4 pieces of chicken (legs, thighs, breast)
2 - 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 large carrots, chunked
2 large potatoes, chunked
½ tsp dried tarragon
½ tsp dried thyme
12 oz chicken stock
salt & pepper to taste
Put the chicken & the vegetable oil in the cooking pot of your Nesco® Pressure Cooker. Use the BROWN setting to brown the chicken pieces on both sides.
Add the remaining ingredients, cover and lock the lid in place. Cook on HIGH Pressure for about 10-15 minutes. Release pressure by quick release method.
