|Pizza Rolls - Jet Stream Oven
1/4 pound ground beef
1/4 pound Italian sausage
8 oz can pizza sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 (8oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
In a skillet, cook meats over medium heat. Drain. Remove from heat. Add
pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and oregano and mix well.
Separate crescent dough into rectangles, pinching seams together. Place 3
tablespoons of meat mixture on one side of each rectangle. Roll, jellyroll style,
starting with the long side. Cut each roll into 4 pieces.
Place seam side down and 2 inches apart on a greased Bakers Delight®
pan. Preheat the Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® at 400º F at

low fan speed for 2 minutes. Place pan on bottom rack (lower position) of oven
and bake at 375º F on low fan speed for 7 to 8 minutes.
NOTE: Add any ingredients you like: diced pepperoni, diced green peppers,
onions, black olives, or mushrooms. Add additional cheese to meat mixture. Add
