|Turkey Chili - Pressure Cooker
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 lb turkey sausage, chunked
2 lbs ground turkey
2 cups onions, chopped
2 tsp whole cumin seeds
1 cup turkey or chicken stock
1½ Tbsp chili powder – or to taste
1/2 tsp salt – or to taste
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 large green peppers (seeded & diced)
2 large red peppers (seeded & diced)
16oz can stewed tomatoes with liquid
1 or 2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 Tbsp cornmeal or more if needed (optional)
Heat oil in Nesco® 6 Qt. 3-in-1 Digital Electric Pressure

Cooker, using the BROWN setting to brown the sausage & ground turkey well on both
sides, add more oil if necessary.
Stir in the onions and cumin, cook for another minute & stir frequently.
Add remaining ingredients except the garlic & stir.
Cook on high pressure for about 5 minutes. Use the quick release method to
release pressure. Add garlic & more chili powder & cinnamon if needed.
If chili is too thin, add cornmeal while stirring.
