|Cornish Hens with Vegetables - 5QT or 6Qt. Roaster
2 24oz Tyson® cornish hens, frozen
8 small to medium red potatoes
1 small bag of baby carrots
1 large red onion
1 Tbsp olive or canola oil
Italian seasoning (or use your favorite seasonings)
Heat your Nesco® 5 or 6Qt. Roaster Oven to 350 ̊ F.
Lightly spray rack and cookwell with cooking spray. Coat thawed cornish hens with
oil and season them with Italian seasoning.
Place the two cornish hens on the rack and heat until lightly browned for
approximately 10 minutes. Remove cornish hens and rack, set aside.
Place mixed vegetables in the cookwell to cover the bottom. Place the
cornish hens on top. Continue to spread the remaining vegetables in the cookwell.

Allow 30 minutes of cooking time or until juices run clear and vegetables
