Chinese Snow Peas & Water Chestnuts - Jet Stream Oven

1 tsp each - corn oil and dark sesame oil
2 tsp grated fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
3/4 lb snow peas, strings and ends removed
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 oz can water chestnuts, drained, very thinly sliced

Combine oils, ginger and snow peas and place in liner pan in preheated Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® at 400º F on HIGH fan speed for 3 minutes.

Then add vinegar, lemon juice and water chestnuts and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
