Fire Pot Pork - 6, 12 or 18Qt. Roaster

2 lbs boneless pork chops, cut into 1/4" strips
6 cups Chicken stock
1 small Chinese cabbage, quartered & thinly sliced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp parsley
1 cinnamon stick
4 star anise
1/4 tsp red pepper, crushed
2 Tbsp soy sauce
salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg bean thread noodles

Preheat Nesco Roaster Oven to 425ºF. Lightly wipe cookwell

Fire Pot Pork - 6, 12 or 18Qt. Roaster

with cooking oil. Add all ingredients except Bean Thread Noodles.
Cover and reduce temperature to 300 ºF.

Roast for 1½ hours. Soak noodles in water until softened. Drain
and place in serving bowls. Ladle pork mixture over noodles and serve.
