Party Animal Tray - Jet Stream Oven

Makes enough appetizers for 25 people. Approximately 4-5 appetizers per guest.
Requires 3 expander rings, 5 top racks and 1 bottom rack for the Nesco® American Harvest® Jet-Stream Oven®.

Level 1 - Stuffed Mushroom Caps
20 small mushrooms
12 oz pkg frozen spinach souffle, thawed

Pull stems from mushrooms and discard. Fill cavity with 1 Tbsp. spinach souffle. Set bottom rack (upper position) in Jet-Stream Oven and place stuffed mushrooms on rack.

Level 2 - Spicy Chicken Drumettes (marinate for 2 hrs) (serve with dip or use frozen chicken wings)
20 chicken drumettes
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp hot pepper sauce (increase amount for spicier
drumettes)
Dip
2/3 cup light sour cream
2 Tbsp minced green onion
3/4 tsp soy sauce

Combine soy sauce, hot sauce and drumettes in a zip top
bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hrs. Mix dip and chill.

Remove chicken from marinade and drain. Place chicken on a top rack. Set rack, resting on 3rd notch of rack legs, on top of bottom rack. Now add one expander ring.

Level 3 - Mini Corndogs
1 lb pkg smoked cocktail sausages
1 can refrigerated cornbread sticks

Cut cornbread sticks in half and wrap one around each cocktail sausage. Place corn ogs seam side down on a top rack. Set rack resting on 3rd notch of rack legs, on top of rack with Chicken Drumettes.

Level 4 - Barbecued Shrimp
1 lb raw, peeled and deveined shrimp
Barbecue sauce

Thread shrimp on 6" bamboo skewers and brush with barbecue sauce. Place shrimp on top rack. Set rack, resting on 3rd notch of rack legs, on a top of corndogs. Add second expander ring.

Level 5 - Olive Cheese Snacks
5 oz jar bacon cheese spread
3 Tbsp margarine, softened
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
36 small stuffed green olives

Blend cheese and margarine until light and fluffy. Add pepper and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Stir in flour and baking powder to form dough. Shape one teaspoon of dough around each olive.

Place Olive Cheese Snacks on top rack Set rack, resting on 3rd notch of rack legs, on top of Barbecued Shrimp.

Level 6 - Purchased Frozen Mini-Quiches and Frozen Cocktail-size Egg Rolls

Place quiches and egg rolls on a top rack. Set rack, resting on 3rd notch of rack legs, on top of Olive Cheese Snacks. This is the last level. Now add third expander ring.

Set Temperature at 400º F on HIGH Fan Speed. Cook 18-22 minutes and enjoy the party!!!
