|Sweet & Sour Chicken Pieces - 4, 5 or 6Qt. Roaster
2½ to 3 lbs. chicken pieces
1/2 cup orange marmalade, warmed
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 to 2 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
Preheat Nesco® Roaster Oven to 375º F.
Rinse chicken, pat dry. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; stir
to mix. Brush on chicken pieces. Set pieces on rack in preheated cookwell.
Cover and roast 45 to 50 minutes or until internal temperature reach 170º F
(white meat) on meat thermometer.
Halfway through roasting time, baste juices and pan drippings over

chicken; remove remaining juices from cookwell with baster.
