12 oz pkg dried pitted prunes
6 oz pkg dried apricots
20 oz can pineapple chunks
16 oz can mandarin oranges
21 oz can cherry pie filling
3/4 cup white wine or sherry

Remove cookwell and preheat Nesco® Roaster Oven at 350ºF.

Combine all ingredients in cookwell, mixing well with your Nesco®
Hand Blender
.

Place cookwell in oven and heat about 1 hour at 350ºF.

To Slow Cook
Follow above directions to mix. Cook at 200º F about 3 hours. The

mixture thickens as it stands.

Serving Suggestions:
Use as a breakfast fruit, condiment for meats, especially pork and
poultry; or as dessert served warm over scoops of ice cream.
