|Fries - Jet Stream Oven
|4 russet or 8 red potatoes (unpeeled)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Slice potatoes into strips. Place in zip-lock bag, add oil and seal bag. Shake and turn to coat potatoes with oil.
Place potatoes on rack in preheated Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven®. Cover with hold-down rack and bake at 400ºF, HIGH fan speed, for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.
For some salt-free variations, try sprinkling fries with one or more of the following herbs before baking:
chives, chopped fresh or dried
dill, chopped fresh or dried
oregano, chopped fresh or dried
parsley, chopped fresh or dried
rosemary, chopped fresh or dried
tarragon, chopped fresh or dried
