Chicken & Salsa Burritos - 4, 5 or 6Qt. Roaster

6 8" flour tortillas
1 lb boneless chicken, cut into thin strips
1 medium red pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup salsa
4 oz grated Cheddar Cheese

Remove cookwell; cover heatwell and preheat Nesco®
Roaster Oven
to 350º F.

Lay tortillas flat on counter. Spoon chicken, pepper strips and onions evenly over tortillas. Squeeze on lime juice and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Roll up each filled tortilla. Place seam-side down in cookwell. Pour salsa over burritos; sprinkle with cheese.

Set cookwell in preheated heatwell. Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350º F or until heated through and cheese is bubbly. Serve hot.
