Barbecued Shrimp - Jet Stream Oven

1 lb raw shrimp; peeled and de-veined
1 small bottle of Barbecue Sauce

Thread shrimp on 6 inch bamboo skewers and brush with barbecue sauce.
Place on rack (upper position) in your Nesco® Jet Stream Oven coated with non-stick cooking spray.

If desired, press STOP and pause cooking cycle to brush extra sauce onto shrimp during last 2 minutes of cooking.

Settings:
Time - 5 minutes
Temperature - 400º F
Fan Speed - LOW

Cook until shrimp are pink and flesh is opaque white.

Serve immediately.
